Daily Health Check

All students and staff who plan to come to school must complete a simple health check each day using one of the following methods:

Electronic Submission

Ideally, students or their parents will complete the health check electronically each morning through StudentVUE or ParentVUE. You do not have to do anything special to access the health check, it will appear automatically as soon as you log in. You can use the app or one of the following links:

Once the electronic health check is completed by the student or the parent then it will no longer appear and Student/ParentVUE will function as normal until midnight. After midnight the form will appear again, but please wait until just before school to complete it.

If a student/parent never sees the electronic health check upon logging in then please contact our registrar, Christy Bressler, and then use one of the paper forms until we can repair your account.
 

Paper Forms

Students may also access paper versions of the forms that they can print, fill out, and bring to school each day. If a student plans to use paper forms and does not have access to a printer at home please check with the office and we can provide copies of these forms.

Staff will perform temperature checks and confirm that each student has completed a health check electronically or ask for a paper form.
