SENIOR TIMELINE:

If any of the following events change, you will be notified via email by Ms. Clare

APRIL

4/21 - Diploma name request survey DUE from parents and students.

- Commitment survey from Parents due for Senior Formal 

4/25 - Ticket sales begin - $25 with or without ASB card. 

Guest forms are due Wednesday, May 10th

4/30 - Commitment from Parents due for GradNight, ticket sales begin ($50)

MAY

 

 5/1 - Grade check for seniors not on track to graduate. 

Parents will be sent a notification letter if not.

 

5/1 - National Decision Day - deadline for accepting college admission offers. 

- Wear your college colors!

 

5/1 - 5/7 - Senior Survey and Scholarship reporting in Naviance. 

Final transcript request to the college/university you are attending & scholarship 

reporting for Awards & Commencement Program recognition.

 

5/17 - Better World Day - Parents Welcome!

- Dropbox for photos of Class of 2023: https://alxbclrk.pixieset.com/ilhsclassof2023/ Needed by the end of May at the latest.

- Formal coming up - drop off at 7pm pick up is 10pm and reminding students of professional conduct and their guests. Potluck items are encouraged.

 

5/26 - Senior Formal - Brightwater Community Center 7pm - 10pm

5/31 - GradNight Permission Forms

5/31 - Senior Survey and Scholarship Reporting Due in Naviance.

 

JUNE

 

6/1 - Independent Coursework/Outside credits DUE. 

- Grad Tickets provided (5 given to senior families; more available for free)

- Speeches for graduation due.  

6/7 - Check out forms given to Seniors - teachers sign these Thurs/Friday, 6/8-9 

- Senior Last Word, Awards Announced, and Caps and Gowns distributed

 

6/9 - Last school day for Seniors and All School End of Year Party (PTSA)

 

6/14 - Senior Breakfast and Rehearsal Schedule:

 

8:30 - 9:15 Senior Breakfast in the Commons

Followed by Graduation Rehearsal in the Great Hall

10:35 AM - 11:20 AM Senior Awards and some Senior Last Words with Parents

11:25 - 12:10 PM - Good Bye to Seniors and Moving up Ceremony (ASM) 

 

6/15 - Commencement Ceremony @ Inglemoor Concert Hall 7pm, Senior families arrive early at 6:30 for Photographs with Grads.

-Grad night will take place right after the ceremony and students will ride a Charter Bus to Monster Mini-golf from the concert hall and return to ILHS by 11:30 (Parent Permission Slips Required and will be sent out soon)

 

6/21 - 6/30 - Diploma and Transcript Pick-up - Time TBD

If 18 years old, students must pick up the records. All fees & fines must be paid to pick up your diploma. 

 

6/30 - Final transcripts are sent to universities for Fall (or sooner)

If you need an unofficial transcript, which is a record of all high school classes you’ve taken, they are uploaded for you to StudentVUE.  Transcripts are helpful to access when completing college applications.  Look for the documents tab in StudentVUE - it’s there!
